CEO & Coach

Ethan has gone from over 300lbs, down to 175lbs (at 6’3”) and then back up to a healthy, lean, and muscular 225lbs. He has been on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to fat loss and muscle gain. He performed over 15,000 hours of 1 on 1 personal training sessions before moving his business online to help even more people worldwide. Ethan wants people to know that you can achieve your goals even with a busy schedule



Coach Jordan has gone from clinically obese (320+ lbs at 5’8) to a nationally qualified bodybuilder. Jordan has a full time career in law enforcement, he is a father, a husband and a coach of a growing team of clients. He wants to help busy men in similar situations get the most out of whatever time they do have to dedicate to themselves and their own health in the most sustainable way possible, without neglecting the things in life that truly matter.



With 5 years full time experience as a personal trainer, Alex finds immense joy in helping individuals boost their confidence, strength and overall physical and mental capabilities through proper fitness and individualized nutrition.
